1. Journal Ownership The Journal of English Teaching and Linguistics Studies (JET Li) is officially owned and published by Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pakuan, located in Bogor, Indonesia. The publisher provides the essential financial, administrative, and technological infrastructure required to maintain the journal's publication and digital archiving.

2. Journal Management

The day-to-day operations and academic management of JET Li are organized and overseen by the English Education Study Program (Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris) within Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pakuan. The journal is managed by a dedicated Editorial Team led by the Editor-in-Chief, supported by Section Editors, Editorial Board Members, and an international panel of peer reviewers.

3. Editorial Independence In strict accordance with the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), Universitas Pakuan guarantees absolute editorial independence. While the university serves as the financial and administrative publisher, it does not interfere in the editorial process.

• All editorial decisions regarding manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection are made exclusively by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board based on academic merit, methodological rigor, and the outcome of the double-blind peer-review process.

• The publisher, faculty leadership, and university administration have no influence over the selection of content or the scientific direction of the journal.
