Copyright and Licensing Policy
Journal of English Teaching and Linguistics Studies (JET Li) operates as a fully Open Access journal. To ensure the proper management, dissemination, and protection of the published works while empowering researchers, the journal has established the following copyright and licensing terms:
1. Copyright and Publishing Rights By submitting a manuscript to JET Li, authors agree to the following conditions regarding copyright and publishing rights:
-
Copyright Retention: Authors retain full copyright and full publishing rights to their work without any restrictions. JET Li does not force authors to transfer their copyright to the publisher.
-
First Publication Rights: Authors grant JET Li (published by Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pakuan) the right of first publication of the article, allowing the journal to formally publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the article globally in digital archives and repositories.
2. Licensing and Open Access To legally enforce our Open Access commitment, all articles published in JET Li are distributed under a Creative Commons framework.
-
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).
-
Under this license, the public (including the original authors) is legally permitted to:
-

-
Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
-
-
License Conditions:
-
Attribution (BY): Proper credit must be given to the original authors, and JET Li must be explicitly acknowledged as the original venue of publication. A link to the formal CC BY-SA 4.0 license must also be provided.
-
ShareAlike (SA): If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the exact same CC BY-SA 4.0 license as the original.

Self-archive the pre-print, post-print (accepted manuscript), or the final published version (the publisher's PDF layout) on personal websites, institutional repositories, or non-commercial disciplinary repositories at any time without an embargo period, provided that JET Li is properly cited as the original publisher.
-
Enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., publish it in a book or an edited collection), with a clear acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
