Open Access Policy
Journal of English Teaching and Linguistics Studies (JET Li) is a fully Open Access journal. We operate on the core principle that making research freely and immediately available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge, accelerates the advancement of educational practices, and removes access barriers for educators and scholars worldwide.
Compliance with BOAI JET Li strictly adheres to the globally recognized definition of Open Access established by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). All published content is available online immediately upon publication and is completely free of charge to users and their institutions.
In accordance with BOAI principles, users are explicitly permitted to:
-
Read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal.
-
Crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose.
Users may perform these actions without asking for prior financial, legal, or technical permission from the publisher or the author, aside from those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.
Licensing Mechanism and Copyright To legally enforce this Open Access commitment, all articles published in JET Li are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).
Unlike traditional publishing models, authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights without restrictions. The CC BY-SA 4.0 license ensures that readers possess unrestricted rights to reuse, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, provided that:
-
Attribution (BY): The original authors are properly acknowledged and JET Li is cited as the original venue of publication.
-
ShareAlike (SA): If the material is remixed, transformed, or built upon, the new contributions must be distributed under the exact same license as the original.
